Welcome to Zwine & Zen Spa. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
By booking a treatment with Zwine & Zen, you accept these terms in full. We reserve the right to modify them at any time; the version in force is the one published on this website.
Any booking made via our website, by phone, by email or via WhatsApp constitutes a mutual commitment. A confirmation will be sent to you by email or message. Please verify the accuracy of the information submitted (date, time, treatment).
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Beyond this period, or in case of no-show, a fee equal to 50% of the treatment price may be charged.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late, your treatment may be shortened to respect subsequent appointments, without any change in price.
Payment is made on-site at the end of the treatment, in cash (Moroccan Dirhams) or by bank card. Cheques are not accepted. Prices displayed are in Moroccan Dirhams, all taxes included.
A shower is mandatory before entering the hammam. Swimwear or disposable underwear must be worn for all treatments. We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt a service in case of inappropriate behaviour or failure to respect our hygiene rules.
Some treatments are not recommended for certain health conditions (high blood pressure, pregnancy, heart conditions, etc.). It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical condition before treatment. We accept no liability in case of omission.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are nominative, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, but transferable upon request.
Zwine & Zen cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings left in our facilities. We recommend not bringing valuables.
All content on this site (text, photographs, logo, design) is the exclusive property of Zwine & Zen. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, after attempting amicable resolution, the courts of Marrakech shall have sole jurisdiction.
