When you book a treatment or contact us through our website, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, and information related to your booking (date, treatment, number of people, message). No sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) is stored on our systems.
Your data is used exclusively to: confirm and organise your booking, respond to your information requests, and optionally send you news and offers (only with your explicit consent).
Processing of your data is based on your consent (booking form, contact) and on the performance of the service contract we conclude with you.
We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your information remains strictly internal to Zwine & Zen.
Your booking data is kept for 3 years after your last visit, for accounting and customer relationship reasons. Contact messages are deleted within 12 months.
